Learn how to make the perfect sushi rice and then turn it into handmade maki and uramaki rolls.
In this one hour workshop, we will work with top-grade Japanese nori and sushi rice. This workshop will also help us learn to make a quick radish pickle to go with your creations – and leave with the confidence to make your own sushi at home.
- Picking the best ingredients for sushi
- Making Maki & Uramaki Sushi with Shrimp or Tuna or Avocado
- Rolling & cutting techniques
- Experiencing the wasabi sauce and dark rich soya along with ginger & radish pickle
This workshop can easily be adapted to suit those who follow a vegetarian or vegan diet.
All the ingredients, tools and equipments along with apron, hand towel for the workshop will be provided by us. The workshop includes tasting the products made. We will be happy to parcel your baked goods with you.
