Sparrows - This is an in-house curated blend of Arabica beans from Shevaroy Region and high grade Robusta Beans from Wayand Region. Rich and bold coffee with undertones of chocolate and caramel with a slight fruitiness, resulting in a well rounded and balanced cup with a long-lasting aftertaste.

Araku [Organic] - This has a dark, intensely aromatic flavour making it the ultimate coffee to indulge in at any time of day.

Brewing Equipment: Chai Chhanni [Tea Strainer] and Electric Kettle or Pan to boil water.
Brewing Instructions [Single serving]
- Coffee Grind - 2tbsp
- Water - 240ml
- Heat the water upto 95 ℃ or Boil the water in a pan and rest it for 1 min.
- Add 2 tablespoons of coffee grind in a cup and pour about 120 ml (½ cup) of hot water slowly.
- Stir it with a spoon to mix the coffee grind with water properly. Cover it & brew it for 2 minutes.
- Place Tea Chhanni over a cup and slowly strain brewed coffee.
- Add 60 ml (¼ cup) to 120 ml (½ cup) of hot water as per your taste.
Note:
- If the taste is watery, increase the quantity of coffee grind and/or reduce the quantity of hot water.
- If the taste is too pronounced(strong), reduce the quantity of coffee grind and/or increase the quantity of hot water.
- If your coffee is too sour [acidic], increase coffee brew time.
- If your coffee is too bitter, reduce coffee brew time.
Storage Instruction: The cold brew coffee can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 weeks in an airtight container.
