Bold Robusta - This one is a bold, full-bodied coffee with a distinctive & earthy flavour, curated with high grade Robusta beans.

Brewing Equipment: Cold Brew Coffee Maker or bottle/jar, Muslin Cloth
Brewing Instructions [Single serving]
- Coffee Grind - 2tbsp or 20gm
- Water (Room Temperature) - 200ml
- Add the coffee grind in the bottle.
- Pour 200ml of water and stir it.
- Allow the coffee to brew in the fridge for 16-20 hours, depending on your preference.
- Stop brewing after your prefered time and seperate the ground with brewed coffee using muslin cloth.
- Add some ice cubes in a glass and pour the brewed coffee when you want to consume.
Recommended Brew Time:
- Wineful Coffee: 16 hours
- Bold Robusta Coffee: 20 hours
Note:
- If the taste is watery, increase the quantity of coffee grind and/or reduce the quantity of water.
- If the taste is too pronounced(strong), reduce the quantity of coffee grind and/or increase the quantity of water.
- If your coffee is too sour [acidic], increase coffee brew time.
- If your coffee is too bitter, reduce coffee brew time.
Storage Instruction: The cold brew coffee can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 weeks in an airtight container.
