Modify / Cancel the Order
- The order once placed cannot be modified or cancelled.
- In case the order which is paid through digital payment method is cancelled due to non-availability of the ordered product at the cafe, the amount will be returned by reversing the transaction. This refund will be returned to the actual source within 5 to7 working days.
Confirmation & Payment
- Every order placed will be confirmed by us, hence make sure your contact number and email address is mentioned in the order.
- We will generate the payment link once we match the delivery location with our mapped area/s and also the availability of product/s ordered by you.
- Confirmed orders will not be changed or cancelled.
- Pictures are used as references. The final product may vary.
- Payments can be made through an online payment gateway only.
- Credit cards and Debit cards can be used to make payments. Please note this also includes AMEX cards.
- Only UPI enabled by Paytm is available.
Home Delivery Service
- The delivery address is mapped according to the location of the cafe. In case the delivery locality is not within 10 kilometers from the cafe, the delivery of orders cannot be placed. And hence it will be cancelled and the amount would be refunded; However you may choose to pick up your order from the cafe.
- Delivery Charges of INR 100 per invoice shall be applicable to all the delivery orders with value of INR 800 or less.
- Delivery charges are inclusive of taxes.
- During bad weather conditions the delivery service might be delayed.
