In this workshop you will learn the basics of making salads that are both nutritious and delicious.

Learning Units:

Learn to make variety of dressings

  • Vegetable Dressing
  • Green Dressing
  • Sour Cream Dip
  • Peanut/Almond Cream Dressing
  • Healthy Oil Based Dressing
  • Lemon Vinaigrette

Learn to make healthy wholesome salads with green leaves, veggies and the following items;

  • Vegetarian Options : Paneer / Chickpea / Kidney Beans / Black Chana/ Potato and many more.
  • Non Vegetarian Options : Egg / Chicken / Fish and many more.

This workshop can easily be adapted to suit those who follow a vegetarian or vegan diet.

All the ingredients, tools and equipments along with apron, hand towel for the workshop will be provided by us. The workshop includes tasting the products made. We will be happy to parcel your baked goods with you.
