Masterclass I : Artisan Bread 
Learning Units: Artisan Loaf, Focaccia, Fougasse, Brioche, Buns & Dinner Rolls, Savoury Stuffed Breads & Sweet Stuffed Breads.
Practice makes perfect when it comes to baking, and by the end of this lesson we will be able to make your own amazing loaves and breads. To start, our chef will guide you through the basics of bread baking, ensuring you become super-familiar with a range of flours, the importance of yeast and the key kneading methods.Once you get the grip of the basics, we will dive right into mixing up the dough and baking your first loaf. To achieve the perfect balance of flavour and texture, we will help you appreciate how the ingredients chemically interact with each other.

Masterclass II : Artisan Pizza 
Learning Units: Classic & Multi-grain Thin Crust, Types of Sauces & Fresh Ricotta Cheese
As we guide you through each step of pizza making, create & stretch your dough and your imagination. Together we will make pizza sauce, appreciate and make healthy cheese. Select mindful topping options and bake the dough. During the workshop we will also learn to make pizza using the best ingredients without fancy equipment.
  • Learn to make two types of healthy sauces
  • Learn how to make healthy fresh ricotta cheese
  • Learn how to balance your dough classic & multigrain crust dough
  • Learn quick dough and long leavening dough. 
  • Learn the secrets of rolling out the dough and topping techniques.
  • Learn to bake a perfect classic & thin crust pizza in your home oven.
  • Learn to store the dough and some other quick fix tips.

Masterclass II : Old-fashioned Pasta  
Learning Units: Pasta dough, Vegetables added pasta dough, Hand-Cut Pasta, Filled Pasta, Types of Sauces
Making fresh pasta doesn’t have to be daunting. And once you have mastered making the dough, it can actually be an easy way to make dinner in no time at all! Cook pasta dishes and sauces as good as your favourite Italian pasta restaurant and learn many new cooking techniques. Demystify the secrets of filled pastas and how to prepare and shape them, store or freeze them. Learn great everyday dishes and fancy ways of making filled pastas using one of the many different filling options. Learn some great pasta sauces and condiments that take you no longer than 15 minutes to prepare. We will make different pastas in this session. 
  • Learn to prepare pasta dough, from the egg to flour ratio per serving, to kneading.
  • Learn to make two types of sauces
  • Learn to roll and cut your dough
  • Learn to make filled Italian pastas such as ravioli
  • Learn to finish each of pasta by cooking or baking with traditional recipes
  • Learn to choose the right ingredients for each pasta recipe
  • Learn to store the dough and some other quick fix tips
